When you need to communicate with a person who has the systematic communication style, remember opinions are not going to be effective. Use logical, linear thinking and communicate in the same way. Step them through your thinking, don't jump ahead of any steps. It will save you time in the long run if you take the time to explain your argument or thoughts through the first time.
If you need a systematic to make a decision, let data do the the talking for you as much as possible.Have charts? Know some trends? Have some examples to show how something works?
